ඊශ්වරි, n. wife of Siva, named දුර්‍ගා, ලක්ෂ්මි or සරස්වති.

ඊටිය, n. elephant-hook, හෙණ්ඩුව.

ඊ තලා කාර, a. (ආකාර) arrow-headed, sagittate.

ඊරිත, a. sent, අරිනලද: see ප්‍රේරිත.

ඊ, n. The sixth vowel of the alphabet. Its sound is the previous vowel lengthened, and is the same as ee in Peel or Feel. Its non-initial form is ී placed above the consonant it vocalizes, as කී, මී, kí, mí.
