බ්‍රහ්ම·වෘක්‍ෂය, brahma-tree: see ගස්කෑල; also අත්තික්කා.

බෝ,බෝගහ, peepul or sacred fig-tree, Ficus religiosa (Urti.). It is regarded as sacred because, it is said, on the day when Gautama attained Buddhahood he sat down under it on a throne which had miraculouby sprung up for him on the instant: see බෝධිපර්‍ය්‍යංකය.

බහු·පත, lit. many or much-leaved: onion plant, ලුනු.

රෝස·මල්, Eng. rose.

පටු, a small sp. of cucumber, see දුම්මැල්ල.

මල්‍යගන්‍ධික, a timber tree, Dalbergia Sissoo (Legum.).

රට·ලබු, pumpkin gourd, Cucurbita moschata (Cucurb.).
