අට පිරිකර, n. pl. the eight accoutrements or articles required by a B. P., viz. bowl, under-garment, single robe, double robe, girdle, knife or razor, needle and water-strainer: පාත්‍රය, අඳනය, තනිපටසිවුර, දෙපටසිවුර, පටිය, පිහිය, ඉඳිකටුව, පෙරහන්කඩ.

අනූන, අනූනක, a. (අන් ඌන), not deficient, defectless, අඩු–පලුදු–නැති; entire, complete, whole, සම්පුර්‍ණ.

අධිෂ්ඨිත, a. fixed, පිහිටි, appointed, determined, නියමවූ; resolved, intent, ස්ථිර අදහස් ඇති.

අනාගත වාක්‍ය කියනවා, v. to foretell, prophesy, predict, vaticinate, මතු සිදුවන දේ කියන‍වා or දන්වනවා.

අභි සංස්කාරය, n. (අභි well, සං: putting together or doing), collecting, preparing, පිළි යෙළකිරීම; completing, perfecting, සම්පූර්‍ණ කිරීම; purifying, embellishing, සැරසීම; apprehension, conception, තේරුම්ගැනීම. See සංස්කාරය.
