භව, a. (භූ to be, become or come into existence), existing; pert. to existence, condition, birth or transmigration, සංසාරයට අයිතී.

භද්‍ර·කල්පය, n. the auspicious කල්පය or period of the world: there are said to be four kalpas, three of which have elapsed; this is the fourth and is called the auspicious kalpa because in it five Buddhas are to appear, four of whom have already appeared, and the fifth, called Maitri Buddha, is yet to come.

භ්‍රෑණය, n. embryo, fetus, කලලරූපය.

භූත·ගන්‍ධා, n. a sort of perfume or resin, perhaps so called because used in the worship of sprites.

භිස්සටා, n. scorched rice at the bottom of the cooking vessel, දම්කුඩු.

භ්‍රෑය, n. eyebrow, බැමය, ඇස්බැමය.

භූත·මාත්‍ර, n. pl. or a. (මාත්‍ර minute), atoms; atomic, corpuscular, පරමාණු.
