පරම්පරානුගත, පරම්පරානුසාත, a. (·අනුගත, ·අනු යාත), passing from generation to generation, lineal.

ප්‍ර·ෂ්ඨයා, n. preceder, leader, පෙරටුව යන්නා, මූලිකයා.

පරමාණු, n. (·අණු), atom, monad, indivisible molecule thirty of which are said to form a mote in the sunbeam; the lowest measure of weight.

පිපෙනවා, v. i. to open, expand, (as flowers); rise, expand (as with leaven), ferment; pret. පිපුණ.

පංච·ධර්‍මය, n. the five laws, ordinances or virtues: belief, obedience, religious study, benevolence and knowledge.

පරි·කසිණ, n. (පරි around, කසිණ all), an observance and attainment of ascetics preparatory to the performance of ධ්‍යාන: it consists of one of the following, viz. තේජෝකසිණ, ආ පෝකසිණ, ආකාසෝකසිණ or පඨවිකසිණ.
