තැල්ල, n. pendant skin under the chin, dew-lap of oxen, wattle of fowls; woman's neck-ornament; plate of gold worn as a badge of office.

රාමඤ්ඤ·නිකාය, n. (රාමඤ්ඤ a district of Burma near Rangoon), the sect of B. P. so called, introduced to Ceylon about A. D. 1875 by Ambagahawatta priest, whose tutor Atthadassi belonged to the Siamese sect. The religious observances of the රාමඤ්ඤ sect differ from those of the අමරපුර sect only in the use of talipot leaves instead of umbrellas.
