අ චලතාව, අ චලත්වය, n. motionlessness, equilibrium, immobility, fixedness, &c., (see adj.) ස්ථීරකම; imperturbation, නිශ්චලකම.

අ චාපල්‍යය, n. fixedness, steadiness, ස්ථීරකම; equilibrium, නිශ්චලය.

අ නඩු, a. illegal, lawless, inequitable, unjust, අයුක්‍ත.

අ වශ්‍ය, අ වශ්‍යක, a. (අ priv., වශ subject), certain, positive, සත්තක; requisite, necessary, essential, ඕනෑමවූ.

අ විපක්ෂ, a. impartial, disinterested, neutral, equitable, අපාශර්‍වගති.

අ සන්දිගධාර්‍ථ, a. (අර්‍ථ meaning), not of doubtful meaning, unequivocal, අර්‍ථයෙන් අනුමානනැති.

අ සම සම, a. equitable, impartial, පාශර්‍වගති නැති, සාධාරණ.

අ සම සමලෙස, ad. equitably, impartially, සාධාරණලෙස.

අ සාධාරණ, a. not general, සාමාන්‍යනොවන, special, විශේෂ; but usually inequitable, partial, unjust, unfair, අනඩු, පක්ෂපාත, අයුතු.

අ සාධාරණකම, අ සාධාරණය, n. inequitableness, partiality &c., අනඩුව &c.

අට පිරිකර, n. pl. the eight accoutrements or articles required by a B. P., viz. bowl, under-garment, single robe, double robe, girdle, knife or razor, needle and water-strainer: පාත්‍රය, අඳනය, තනිපටසිවුර, දෙපටසිවුර, පටිය, පිහිය, ඉඳිකටුව, පෙරහන්කඩ.

අඩු වැඩිය, n. necessaries, requisites, appliances, goods.

අධ්‍යාහාය්‍ය, a. (ආහාර්‍ය්‍ය), requiring a complement, elliptical. E. S.

අන්තඃ කල්පය, n. a certain number of years in Buddhism: according to B. man's age increases by imperceptible degrees from ten years to an Asankhya (අසංඛ්‍ය) and then decreases in the same way to ten years: the period required for this is an Antahkalpa. See අසංඛ්‍ය.
