*වි·නාශක, වි·නාශකර, වි·නාශදායක, a. (වි emp.), destroying, destructive, consuming, noxious, ruinous, causing or bringing destruction, නාස්තිකරන, නාස්තික.

අ ඛණ්ඩනීය, අ ඛණ්ඩිතව්‍ය, අ ඛණ්ඩ්‍ය, a. not to be broken, unbreakable, indestructible, impregnable, inviolate, irrefutable, valid, කඩ කළ or කැඩිය නොහැකිවූ. E. S.

අ ඛණ්ඩනීයතාව &c., n. state of being unbreakable, indestructibility, irrefrangibility, කඩ කළ or කැඩිය නොහැකි ස්වභාව.

ඉච්ජා විඝාතය, n. destruction of hope or what is desired, disappointment.

උප ඝාතය, n. touch, stroke, පහර, injury, අන තුර; disease, රෝගය; destruction, විනාශය.

කල්පය, n. a period said to be equal to a day of Brahma which equals 4,320,000,000 solar years: it is the Sakwala or world period, which is divided into four parts, viz. its formation, its duration, its destruction and its non-entity until the commencement of its reformation. It is difficult, however, to reconcile the various statements one with another, since during the Kalpa the age of man is said to gradually increase from ten years to an asankhya and again to diminish gradually to ten years: an asankhya being about the twentieth power of a million.

කල්පාන්ත වර්‍ෂාව, n. In B., the rain at the end of the kalpa by which the world is destroyed, being one of the three ways in which destruction occurs. The other two are the following.

කල්පාන්තය, (අන්තය), end of the kalpa or age, destruction of the world.

ක්ලේශ ප්‍රහාණය, n. destruction of the passions, කෙලෙස් නැතිකිරීම.

ක්ෂණ භංගය, n. sudden breakdown, instant collapse or destruction, හදිසි බිඳීම or විනාශය.

ක්‍ෂ කාර, a. wasting, destructive, නාස්තිකරන.
