ඒකාබධතාව, state of combination &c., corporateness, සම්බන්ධකම.

ගරුඩ, n. the bird and vehicle of Vishnu, said to be a combination of man and bird, the son of කාශ්‍යප and his wife මිනතා, and king of birds.

තෞර්‍ය්‍ය·ත්‍රිකය, n. threefold harmony, viz. the combination of song, dance and instrumental music.

ද්වන්‍දය, ද්වන්‍දවය, n. pair, couple, කුට්ටම; strife, පොරය; secret, රහස; a compound of two nouns, එනම් සමාසය; combination of two diseases, රෝගදෙකක්; the sign of the zodiac Gemini, මිථුන රාශිය.

නාද·සංහතිය, n. a number or combination of sounds, harmonics or harmony.

නාල·සංහත්‍යකෘති, a. (හංහති අකෘති), tubulose, having a combination of tubes. E. S.

පංච·මහා·පුරුෂ·යෝග, n. pl. astrol. five important combinations or positions in which the planets Mars, Mercury, Jupiter, Venus and Saturn are sometimes found.

ප්‍රත්‍යාගාරය, n. (ප්‍රති ආ, හාර taking), restraining (the organs of sense), stoicism, mental abstraction; abridging, combining, combination combination (of letters &c.) E. S.

පූර්‍ව·රූප·සන්‍ධිය, n. gram. combination by assimilation as above.

පූර්‍ව·ස්වර·ලෝප·සන්‍ධිය, n. combination of two words by elision of the vowel preceding the second word, as නුවණ ඇති combined into නුවණැති.

භෝගාවලිය, n. (බෝග ආ:), coil of a snake, දර ණ වැළ; combination of delights, viz. eulogium, පැසසුම් කථාව.

යවහන්, n. the combination of ය, ව, හ, න්: when any of these letters is the final letter of the lines of a stanza it is considered the rule that the penultimate letter also should be the same in all four lines.

යෝගය, n. joining, සන්‍ධිකිරීම; junction, combination, union. සන්‍ධිය, සංයෝගය, එක්වීම; concentration of thought, religions abstrac-‍ tion or meditation, ධ්‍යානය; comnound of medicine as what is prescrihed, ඖෂධයෝගය; fitness, adaptability, යෝග්‍යකම; ast. 27th part of 360° measured on the plane of the ecliptic and used to calculate longitudes of the sun and moon.
