අ සමත්, a. E. of අසමර්‍ථ: unskilful, unskilled.

අසමකම, අසමතාව, n. inequality, සමනැතිකම, asymmetry &c., disparity, නුහුරුකම, සමාන නැතිකම; incomparability.

එක්සමතාව, n. coequality: එකසමානකම.

නිම්නෝන්නත, a. (නිම්න උන්නත), high and low, උස්පහත්; uneven, සමතලා නැති.

පස්·ඇස්, n. pl. the five eyes of the Buddha, viz. මසැස, දිවැස, පැණැස, බුදුඇස, සමතැස; ap. or ep. of Buddha. See පංචාක්‍ෂිය.

පාරමිතාව, n. crossing over, attainment; sp. the complete performance of B. ordinances as a prerequisite to Buddhaship. Each one of these, expressing the observance generally, is subdivided into උප, secondary, and පරමාර්‍ථ, paramount or supreme: expressing an inferior or pre-eminent observance of the duty, as දානෝපපාරමිතාව, referring to gifts of secondary or inferior kind, such as gold, silver &c., and දානපරමාර්‍ථ පාරමිතාව, to gifts of the highest kind, such as wife, children, one's own body &c. These make in all සමත්‍රිංශත් පාරමිතා, viz. a total of thirty පාරමිතා.

බන්‍ධුර, a. high, උසස්; uneven, සමතලා නැති, undulating, wavy, රැළආකාර, bent, වකුටු; pleasing, ප්‍රසන්න; deaf, බිහිරි.

වි·සමතාව, n. See විෂමතාව.

ශබ්ද·සමතාව, n. rhythmus, rhythm, එළි සම ඇතිබව.

සම·පද·පාතය, n. rhythm, rhythmus, ශබ්දසමතාව, ඡන්‍දය.

සමකම, සමතාව, n. similarity, affinity, equality, parity, congruity, සමානකම.

සමත්, a. See සමත fr. සමර්‍ථ.

සමතා, n. E. of සමර්‍ථයා, clever person; rich man, පොහොසතා; cuckoo, see කොහා; bird, කුරුල්ලා; mendicant, හිඟන්නා.

සමතාව, n. See සමකම.

සමතැස්, a. (සමත universal, ඇස් eye-), all-seeing, ep. of Buddha, සැමදේ දකින බුදුන්.
