අනාද්‍යතන්ත, අනාද්‍යන්ත, a. (අනාදි අනන්ත, අනාදි අන්ත), without beginning and without end, eternal, සදාකාල.

අෂ්ට සමාපත්ති, n. pl. B., the eight attainments, or the four meditations (see ධ්‍යානය) and the four endeavours (ආයතන), which are ආකාසා නංචායතනය, විඤ්ඤාණංචායතනය, ආකිචංඤ්ඤායත නය and නේවසංඤ්ඤාණසඤ්ඤායතනය: see each one.

ආකාසානන්දචායතනය, n. (ආයතන) the first Brahma world, where the inhabitants live twenty thousand kalpas in an incorporeal state.

ආකිචඤඤායතනය, n. the third Brahma world, where the inhabitants live sixty thousand kalpas in an incorporeal state.

ආයතනතාව, n. docility, යටත්කම; subjection, වසඟකම; ownership, අයිතිකම

ආයතනය, n, origin, උප්පත්තිය; cause, හේතුව; altar, පූජාසනය; abode, වාසය; also in plural, the senses or faculties.

ඉන්ද්‍රියායතනය, n. (ආයතනය), abode of the senses, the body, ශරීරය.

නේවඤ්ඤනාසඤ්ඤයතනය, n. the fourth formless Brahma world, which is so intangible or subtile that there is neither consciousness or unconsciousness.
